He was predeceased by: his parents, Anton Voeller and Elizabeth Voeller (Heilman); his wife Barbara Rohrer; his son Steven; his siblings, Lucille Gustin and Odel; and his siblings-in-law, Ed Gustin and Karen Mock.
He is survived by: his children, Roxane of Silver Spring, MD and Teddy of Bloomington, MN; his granddaughters, Roxana and Rasmine of Silver Springs, MD; and his sister-in-law Kim Hale (Will) of Oxford, MI. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
