He was predeceased by: his parents, Duane Jensen and Esther Jensen (Frederick); and his daughter Nicole Starlin (Jensen). He is survived by: his spouse Marjean Heringer; his daughter DeAndra Outlaw (Art) of Benton, AR; and his siblings, Cheryl Hedberg of Minot, Diane Albrecht of Milford, Sue Bull of Fredericksburg, Virginia and Rick Jensen (Tracey) of Harvey. He is also survived by six nieces and nephews.
