He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Norgard and Nora Norgard; his grandparents, Otto and Rosie Norgard; and his siblings, Richard Norgard, Dale Norgard, Gerald Norgard, Dennis Norgard and Shirley Beebe.

He is survived by: his wife Delores Norgard; his children, Wayne Norgard, Deb Schumacher (Leon), Ranae Hennix (Laury) and Wanda Norgard (Steve Janibagian); his grandchildren, Monica Pitts (Mike), Travis Schumacher (Megan), Kyle Hennix (Alex), Bryce Hennix, Shonna Garcia (Marc), Mitch Soeby and Kaylin Soeby; his great grandchildren, Ellis Pitts, Aveleen Pitts, Parker Schumacher, Tate Schumacher, Maklyn Hennix and Joslyn Garcia; his sister Sharon Haugen; and his siblings-in-law, Gene Evenson, Phyllis Norgard, Sandy Norgard, Dawn Evenson and Arlene Maner. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
