She is survived by: her children, Corine, Kendra, Lena and Jeremiah Church; her sisters, Jaunita, Jane LaRoque (Ramon), Ramona Garreau, Sheila Begay and Janet Church; her grandchildren, Cameron, Skyla, Baby Nellie, Morning Blossum, Shawna, Damian and Dezmond; and her great grandchild Koah.
