She was predeceased by : her parents, Phyllis Gutting and Raleigh Gutting; and her sister Donna Hermanson. She is survived by : her husband Andrew Stamness; her sons, Anthony Stamness and Matthew Stamness (Brianna); her granddaughter Gabrielle Stamness; and her brothers, Dennis Gutting and Fritz Gutting (Janet). She is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.

There will be celebration of life for Charlene held in the Summer of 2021 after the pandemic restrictions have been relaxed.
