Mark Larson Obituary

We are sad to announce that on September 25, 2021, at the age of 78, Mark Larson of Northwood, North Dakota, born in Roseau, Minnesota passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Reverend Arvid and Lena Larson; his wife Ellen Young; his children, Nathan Larson (Ann) of Northwood and Sarah Rios (Graham) of Santa Ynez, CA; his grandchildren, Megan, Jace Larson, Chase and Kaia Rios; and his siblings, Paul, David, Joel, Grace and Faith.

In 1969, he obtained a National Science Foundation Award and received his Master of Mathematics degree from the University of South Carolina.
