He is survived by: his wife Rita Waldorf of Devils Lake; his children, Carolyn Anderson (Lonnie) of Rugby, Daniel Boe (Jocelyn) of Perth and Kenneth Boe (Sharon) of Golden Valley; his daughter-in-law Vanessa Boe of Fargo; his stepchildren, Bobi Heaney (Patrick) and William Combs (Pamela); his grandchildren, Paul Anderson, Joshua Anderson (Danica), Lucas Boe (Kelly), Jaclyn Frueh (Jason), Matthew Boe (Cindy), Brendan Boe (Laura), Jodi Boe and Linsi Boe; his stepgrandchildren, Cari Shannon (Jimmi), Aaron Combs, Corey Combs (Tasha), Justin Combs and Darrick Combs; his great grandchildren, Annika, Hailey, Carson Frueh, Hunter, Noah, Isaac, Seth and Lauren Anderson; and his stepgreat-grandchildren, J. P., Willa, Piper Shannon, Saffron, Victoria, Heather, Sarah, Tavin, Bailey and Zaden Combs.
In May 2016 Sid and Rita moved to an assisted living apartment in Devils Lake and in January of 2019 Sid moved to the Eventide Heartland Nursing Home as the Parkinson's progressed.
