She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Campbell and Dominica Campbell (Maszk); her former husband Lloyd Nygaard; her spouse Dale Hawbaker; her son Michael Nygaard; her grandson Jacob Riedman; and her siblings, Dennis Campbell, Burke Campbell, Regina "Annie" Campbell, Mary Hagen and Alice Warden.
She is survived by: her children, Christine Heitz (Frank) of Dickinson, ND, Melanie Earl (Ron), Helen Skalicky (Mike), Donna Carbonaro (Ken) and Steve Nygaard (Julie); her grandchildren, Caleb Nygaard (Candy), Ronald Nygaard, Dan (Steph), Tom Heitz (Sarah), Ronnie Earl (Krista), Jennifer Dyer (Geoff), Kara Earl (Justin), Jon (Kasey), Josh, Adam Skalicky, Milissa Melle (Christian), Justin Carbonaro (Michelle), Kenny Carbonaro (Christina), Pam Martinez (Thomas), Natasha Ward (Taylor), Gabi and Kadon Nygaard; her sister Rita Lucy of Powers Lake, ND; and her sister-in-law Ileen Campbell of Centralia, WA. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to St. Jude's Children's Hospital, Marfan Foundation, or to a charity of the donor's choice.
