She was predeceased by: her parents, Lee Ellsworth and Ava Ellsworth (Woodward); and her siblings, Wesley, Lester, Roy, Lynn, Lee, Leona and Betty.

She is survived by: her husband Richard Combs of Riverdale; her sons, Dayton Combs (Miranda) of Bismarck, ND and Leon Combs of Fargo, ND; and her siblings, Loy Ellsworth (Lillian) of New Jersey and Nora Gaasch of Orange, CA. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
