He is survived by : his mother Cheryl Mueller; his wife Martha Lampton; his children, Josh Barnick, Dustin Bauer (Sheldon), Chayna Cusey, Chawna Cusey and Gielle Bell; and his sisters, Glenda Rohrich (Brian) and Trishia Rohrich (Harvey). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
