It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Joseph Tupa of Thompson, North Dakota, who passed away on November 21, 2021, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Frank Tupa and Adela Tupa (Kerian); his sister Margaret Meagher; his siblings-in-law, Nancy Tupa, Bill McCracken and Lyle Dosmann; and his nephew Tom Meagher.

He is survived by : his wife Connie; his children, Lori Morgan of Thompson, ND, Karen Jablon (Michael) of Fargo, ND, David Tupa (Emily) of Fargo, ND and Cathy Stromberg (Eric) of Eagan, MN; his grandchildren, Katie Hillestad (Matthew), Kacey Hylen (Alex), Maisy, Ethan, Anna Jablon, William, Grace Tupa, Addie and Elly Stromberg; his siblings, David Tupa (Joyce) of Golden Valley, MN, Edward Tupa (Vernie) of Tucson, AZ, Clarence Tupa of Mandan, ND and Eva Fjeld (Charlie) of Ham Lake, MN; and his siblings-in-law, John Meagher of Grand Forks, ND, Shirley McCracken of Buckeye, AZ and Harriet Dosmann of Grafton, ND. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
