She was predeceased by: her mother Valerie Stark (Havis); and her grandparents, Gordon, Donna Stark, James and Vivian Havis.
She is survived by: her father Steven Stark; her children, Ava Hepokoski of Edinburg, ND and Rocco Hepokoski of Edinburg, ND; her significant other James Campbell of Wahpeton, ND; her daughter Peytun Campbell of Grand Forks, ND; and the father of her children John Hepokoski of Edinburg, ND.. She is also survived by Several aunts, uncles and cousins.
