He was predeceased by: his parents, Erich Fenske and Verna Fenske (Rhoda); his wife Mae Fenske; his grandson Michael Fenske; his brothers, Harold (Laurel), Melvin (Lorraine) and Marvin (Elaine); his brother-in-law Alden Olson; and his friend Pat Welch.
He is survived by: his son Bruce Fenske (Sandy); his grandchildren, Tim Fenske (Ann) and Ryan Fenske (Jody); his great grandchildren, Garret Fenske, Jacob, Austin Fenske, Macie Fenske, Mateland, Michael Wagner, Klara and Karter Oswalt; his siblings, Irene Olson and Lawrence Fenske; and also Sonja Fenske. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In Lieu of flowers, the family will distribute all monetary gifts received to the Immanuel Lutheran Church, Trinity Lutheran Cemetery and Wahpeton American Legion and Honor Guard.
