It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lawrence Kempel (Wales, North Dakota), who passed away on April 5, 2018, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his siblings, Arlene Klemke and Vernon; his grandparents, Walter, Anna Kempel, Hans and Alena Walters; and his nephews, Todd and Chad.

He is survived by: his brothers, Ken (Pat) of Starkweather, ND, Harold (Carol) of Langdon, ND and Daryl (Linda) of Langdon, ND; his brother-in-law Loren Klemke; his aunt Ida Mae Kempel; and his uncle Moritz Jonasson. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
