With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Melanie Oberg (Washburn, North Dakota), born in Breckenridge, Minnesota, who passed away on March 5, 2020 at the age of 71. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Marjorie Lenzmeier and Frank Lenzmeier; and her sister Judith Howard. She is survived by : her husband Lynn A. Oberg of Wilton; her sons, Ryan (Ann) of Washburn, ND and Eric of Fargo, ND; her grandchildren, Hannah (Fargo), Gabriela and Zoe (Washburn); and her siblings, Gene Lenzmeier of Fergus Falls, MN, Frank Lenzmeier (Darla), Joanne Cahill of Fargo, ND, Marjorie Glover (Doug), Batesville, Ark, Kathleen Creighton (Robert) of West Fargo, ND, Michelle Keates (Pax) of Ventnor, NJ. and Lee Ann Folden (Paul) of Wahpeton, ND. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
