She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, Mike Gawryluk and Agnes Gawryluk (Dutchuk); her husband Perry Hastings; her sons, Douglas and Daniel; her sister Sophie Boots (Gawryluk); her stepbrother Anton Demaniow; her children, Derwin Hastings (Annette), Dale Hastings (Kari), Candace Morse (Tony), Sam Hastings (Kari) and Joe Hastings; and her siblings, Emil, Lawrence and Pauline. She was also cherished by 19 grandchildren, 24 great grandchildren, and two great-great grandchildren.
