It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kenneth Darell Neer (Williston, North Dakota), born in Alexander, North Dakota, who passed away on March 25, 2020, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, James Neer and Sylvia Neer; his sister Linda Rude; and his pets, Ebony, Snuffy and Nugget.
He is survived by: his wife Freda Deary; his siblings, Arthur Neer, Roy Neer (Vicki), Roderick Neer, Bonny Cluchie and Cora Jenema (Alvin); and his children, Kenneth D. Neer Jr., Cathy Neer, Billie Mills (Randy), Marie Parsons (Gary), Sherry Unger, Cindy Heath and Jim Unger.
