He was predeceased by: his father Floyd Billington; and his brother Troey Billington. He is survived by: his mother Shirley Billington (Walsh); his brother Todd Billington; and his sibling's children, Nichole Rydberg and Todd James Billington. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
