It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frances Fetzer of Wishek, North Dakota, born in Napoleon, North Dakota, who passed away on December 26, 2020, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Anton Glatt and Veronica Glatt (Schutt); and her siblings, John Glatt, Alvin Glatt and Mary Bosch.

She is survived by : her husband Robert Lee Fetzer; her children, Dorinda Ann Wiest (Cordell), Jacqueline Kay Welk (Jason), Bobbi Jo Fetzer and Farrell Farrand Fetzer (Stacey) of Bismarck; her grandchildren, Austin (Kayla), McKenzie, Dawson, Wyatt, Brittany (Bryce), Cole, Nevin and Nya; her great grandchildren, Brekken, Bristol, Braiyah and Brooks; and her friend Jim Kocher.
