She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Frohner and Helen Frohner (Brtek); her husband Lester Prochaska; and her brother-in-law Elmer Prochaska. She is survived by: her son Larry Prochaska of Columbus; her granddaughter Morgan Prochaska of Omaha; her brother-in-law Edwin Prochaska of Abie; and her sister Deloris Prochaska of Madison. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
