It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Darlene Harper of Alma, Nebraska, who passed away on February 19, 2022, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Darlene Harper to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Raymond and Helen; her brother-in-law Lawrence Schriner; her siblings, Bobby Rodenbaugh, Roy C. Rodenbaugh and Marlene Wiles (Rodger); and her grandchildren, Tori Maaske and Curtis Klotther.

She is survived by : her siblings, Raymond C. and Helen R. Rodenbaugh (Young); her former life partner Stan Hansen; her husband Don Harper of Kansas; her children, Janna Tripe (Brad) of Alma, Jodi Maaske (Brian) of Loomis, Nebraska, Julie Klotthor (Kenny) of Sedona, Arizona, Melissa Johnsen of Holdrege and Kert Hansen (Jenny) of Wilcox, Nebraska; her grandchildren, Brianne (Justin), Brook (Troy), Terah, Trevor, Casey, Lance, Cami, Alexandra (Alex), Sydnie, Kinley and Kolby; her great grandchildren, Rylan, Colson, Kimberli, Harper, Teagan, Bailey, Taryn, Sydney, Scarlette and Cadence; her sister Karlene Beach (Lloyd) of Panora, Iowa; and her sister-in-law Wanda Rodenbaugh of Loomis. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

A Memorial Book Signing will be held on Thursday, February 24, 2022, from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the Bauer-Torrey & Mach Funeral Home in Alma, with the family greeting from 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.

A memorial has been established in Darlene's honor and kindly suggested to the family for later designation.
