She was predeceased by : her grandparents, Chester and Lucy Caretti; her uncle Gary Coakley; and her sister-in-law Stephanie Hilliard. She is survived by : her parents, Ray Ambroziak and Monica Ambroziak (Caretti) of Medina, Ohio; her husband Clayton Grudzinski of Aurora; her daughters, Alyssa Caretti of Clay Center, NE, Arianna Harvey of Aurora, Ashlynn Grudzinski of Aurora and Avery Grudzinski of Aurora; her stepdaughter Amanda Collins of Aurora; her granddaughters, Bristal and Emmalyn; her close friend Linda Green of Ord, NE; her mother-in-law Shirley Grudzinski of Aurora; and her sister-in-law Crystal Dieckmann. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews and other relatives and friends.

Memorials may be made to the family to designate at a later date.
