He was predeceased by: his spouse Metta Katherine Schaefer. He is survived by: his children, Chuck, Jean Williss (Russ) of Lincoln, Dr. John Wilcox (Lynn) of Aurora and Dr. Charles W. Wilcox (Donna) of Papillion; his grandchildren, David Williss, John Williss (Cassie), Heather Wilcox Peters (Brian), Robin Wilcox-Morris (Jeff) and Amanda Wilcox Johnson (Mark); and his sisters-in-law, Barbara Borghoff (Bill) and Jane Schaefer. He is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren and three great-great grandchildren.
