He is survived by: his former wife Donna Klink; his wife Kathy Beach; his daughters, Stacey Enderle of Aurora and Anne Hecke (Kevin) of Glenvil; his stepdaughter Teresa Pavelka (Teea) of Hastings; his son-in-law Tom Heath of Hastings; his brother Stanley Fastenau (Nel) of Willard, Missouri; and his stepbrother Herb Peterson (Carl). He is also survived by many nieces, nephew, other family members and friends.
