We are sad to announce that on July 9, 2020, at the age of 73, David Joseph Pelster of Bartlett, Nebraska passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by : his father Wilfred Pelster; his brother-in-law Joe Poellot; and his nephew JayDee Melcher. He is survived by : his mother Alfreda Pelster (Klein) of Neligh, NE; his close friend Linda Broghammer (Schindler) of Bartlett; his children, Candy Mathis (Jason) of Atkinson, NE, Renee Naprstek (Chad) of Gothenburg, NE and Chad Pelster (Faye) of Belle Fourche, SD.; his grandchildren, Jena Smith (Garrett) of Hays, KS, Tate of Atkinson, NE, Talon of Atkinson, NE, Jaden Mathis of Atkinson, NE, Rylee, Jacie Naprstek of Gothenberg, NE, Syd and Cade Pelster of Belle Fourche, SD; his great grandchild Parker Rae Smith of Hays, KS.; and his siblings, Kenny Pelster (Carol) of Bartlett, NE, Danny Pelster of Bartlett, NE, Karen Poellot, Jean Melcher (Don) of Page, NE and Sandra Moser (Ed) of Clearwater, NE. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A wake service will follow at 7:30 p. m. Social distancing and current Covid-19 DHM's effective will be followed at both the visitation and mass.
