It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Stella M. (Gale) Thompson (Bassett, Nebraska), who passed away on September 8, 2021, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Albert Gale and Mollie Gale (May); her husband Charles Thompson; her son Rowdy; her grandson Christopher Kaup; her brothers, Bill Gale (Elgene) and Kenneth Gale (Lavonne); and her siblings-in-law, Mable Friedrich (Harry), Florence Dorsey (Charles), Minnie Hooks (Elton), Harvey Thompson and Earl Thompson (Vera).

She is survived by : her daughters, Judy Keck (Bob) of Newport, Nebraska, Linda Thompson of Newport, Nebraska and Mary Kaup (Steve) of Newport, Nebraska; her grandchildren, Conrad Keck (Aletha), Todd Keck (Gloria), Kayla Andal, Jennifer Hostert (Kevin), Matthew Kaup (Rachel) and Elizabeth Sommerer (Randy); and her sister-in-law Eva Thompson of Omaha. She is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandson.
