She is survived by : her husband Danny "Pete" Smith of Battle Creek; her children, Kathryn Smith of St. Paul, MN and Kent Smith (Linda) of Columbus, NE; her grandchildren, Jolene Miller (Mitchell), Kristin Walters (Nick), Allison Brockhaus (Brennan) and Hunter Smith; her great grandchildren, Parker, Emilia Walters, Barrett Brockhaus and Eston Miller; and her parents-in-law, Elaine Murphy, Phyllis Preusker, Joan Otjen (Rich), Gerry Preusker (Karen), Timothy Preusker, Peg Boyer (Don), Margaret Smith, Alice Smith, Tom Graber, Ronnie Smith (Judy) and Barry Smith (Joan). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
