She was predeceased by: her grandfather Rod Johnson; and her cousin Chase Dush. She is survived by: her parents, Chuck Johnson of Columbus and Amy Johnson (Dush) of Belgrade; her children, Bryson George, Kason James and Charlee Rae; her brothers, Levi Foland (Sydney Simacek) and Luke Foland of Belgrade; her grandparents, Don, Terri Dush of Clarks and Sharon Johnson of Polk; her aunts and uncles, Jodi Zebert (John Brezina) of Grand Island, Brad Dush of Clarks, Nikole Palmer of Columbus, Brigit Alexander (Chris) of Silver Creek, Haley Oakley (Scott) of Wolbach and Trevor Dush of Clarks; and her friend Alyssa Dubas.
