He was predeceased by : his wife Bobbie; and his son Wayne Hicks. He is survived by : his son Greg Hicks (Eileen); his grandchildren, Jason (Cassie), Jessica, Ricky, Kelsie, Kevin, Holly Hicks and Heather Lohrman (Michael); and his sisters, Lucinda Willis and Evalee Shelton. He is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren.
