She was predeceased by: her husband Roland Nieves; and her brother Felix Fernandez. She is survived by: her grandchildren, John Vanhessche (Donna), David Vanhessche (Tracy), Brandon Vanhessche, Kristen Vanhessche (Dustin Soash), Sarah Joy Nieves, Nico Nieves, Jennifer Noeske (Beau), Josh Meehan (Emily), Jessica Meehan, Mikayla Meehan, Ciara Szczepaniak (Nate), Savannah Horak (Alex) and Mia Nieves; her great grandchildren, Nolan, Cyrus, Joanna, Graycen, Ian, Connor, Lauren, Nick, Gwenivere, Iris, Ari, Eli and Jada; and her sister Irma Allen. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews; and many loving family and friends.
Memorials to be dedicated to: Girls Inc of Omaha and the Michael J Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research.
