She was predeceased by : her parents, Otto Pries and Deborah Wozniak; her husband Jay Hike, Sr.; her brothers, Robert and George Pries; and her aunt Angela Lienemann.

She is survived by : her children, Jay Hike (Makala), Billie Jo Benzel (Tyler) and Joseph Hike (Chelsie); her grandchildren, Briley, Benjamin, Aubree, Maci, Wyatt, Jackson and Charlotte; and her brother Bill Pries (Pam).
