He is survived by: his wife Delores Zywiec of Bellwood; his sons, Charles "Chuck" Case Jr. of Bellwood, David Case (Kelli) of Columbus, Daniel Case of Columbus and Robert Case (Angelika) of Columbus; and his brothers, Samuel Case (Jane) of Columbus and Michael Case (Phyllis) of Arizona. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren 11 great grandchildren.
