It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Jean Schutz of Benkelman, Nebraska, born in Orleans, Nebraska, who passed away on January 28, 2021, at the age of 101, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, Roy Pearson and Jessie Pearson (Hubbell); her children, Kathy Aerni (Mel) of Madrid, Jan Illian (Doug) of Denver, Tom Schutz of Benkelman and Becky Shultz of Oklahoma City; her siblings, Dean Pearson of Kearney, Janis Ledbetter of Beaver City and Jim Pearson of Las Vegas; her sister-in-law Ann of Los Angeles; her son Stan; her husband Norman; her son David; her daughter-in-law Patsy; and also Calvin. She was also cherished by 7 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established in Jean's memory for later designation.
