With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Mary Karene Brenton-Ryan (Blair, Nebraska), born in Creston, Iowa, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 15, 2024. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Marvin W. and Margaret L. Carlson (Taylor); her former husband Bernard A. Brenton; her husband Raymond Ryan; her stepson Bob; and her daughter Renee Lampman.
She is survived by: her son Bennett Brenton (Jackie); her grandchildren, Brooks, Kassie and Brett; her great grandchildren, Braxton and Cora; her son Barrett Brenton (Blythe); her granddaughter Clara; her stepson Ronald (Julie); her grandsons, Jacob and Daniel; her stepson-in-law Ben Lampman; her grandchildren, Cierra, Ben Robert, Rose and Sharolyn Lampman; and her brother Marvin P. Carlson. She is also survived by many nephews and nieces.
In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts can be sent to the Blair First United Methodist Church.
