He is survived by : his former life partner Marjorie Sass; his wife Carolyn Mack; his children, Keith (Theresa), Amy Telford (Jim) and Kent; his daughter-in-law Joy; his grandchildren, Amanda, Josie, Louis and Colton; and his siblings, Larry, Joyce Johnson (Mike), Brenda Biffar and Laurel Method (Bill). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, extended family and friends.
