She was predeceased by : her parents, Gerard Jeffres and Ellen Jeffres (McCracken); her husband Chuck; her parents-in-law, Charles Sr. and Emma Richter; her siblings, Barbara Perry and Robert Jeffres; her siblings-in-law, Mick Perry, John Richter, Donald Richter, Rudy Maser, William Kisler, Johnny Schlaepfer, Evelyn Meter, Ann Maser, Donna Schlaepfer and Velma Richter; and her great grandchild Addison Lane.
She is survived by : her former life partner Charles Robert Richter Jr.; her children, Janice Blakemore (Gary) of Casper, Laura (Greg), Daylen (Anya), Joanie Dudden of Bridgeport, Melissa (Brett), Megan (Maverick), Mitchel, Jeanie Boehm (Brian) of Julesburg, Marlee (Forrest), Allison, Judy Miller (Dan) of Evergreen, Theo and Lukas; her grandson Jeffrey Richter (Jill) of Scottsbluff; her great grandchildren, Hally, Hayden, Ransen, Tazlyn, Kalesha (Branden), Trenton, Jerrett, Kambree, Emersyn, Hannah, Jocelyn, AnnaLynn, Aidyn, Axton, JayLynn, Milo, Elliott, Brynlee, Henley and Leah; her siblings-in-law, JoAnn Kisler and Henry Meter; her niece Michelle; and her nephew Mike. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
