It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wayne Cacek of Burchard, Nebraska, born in Beatrice, Nebraska, who passed away on December 9, 2020, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Cacek and Wilma Cacek (Goracke); his parents-in-law, William and Thelma Foreman (Rawson); his son Tony Cacek; his siblings-in-law, Gaylord Thomas, Charles Foreman and Bernice Koller (LeRoy); his nephew Brett Thomas; and his niece Jody Koller.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Jane Foreman of Filley; his children, LaRita Sudik (Charlie) of Virginia and Kenneth Cacek; his sister LaDonna Thomas (Cacek) of Sterling; his grandchildren, Garrett, Lane Cacek and Justin (Jennifer); his stepgrandchildren, Dean Sudik (Heather) and Diana Jacobsen (Mark); his great grandchildren, Brittany, Alex, Jordan, Nikki, Kaitlyn, Shayla, Lexi and Miley; and his brothers-in-law, Bob Foreman (Phyllis) of Lincoln and Burt Foreman (Linda) of Beatrice. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, friends.
Social distancing and masks will be required at all events.
