She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifford Keller and Vera Keller (Humphris); her husband Warren Lee Smith; her former husband William "Phil" Andersen; and her grandson Dylan VanPelt.
She is survived by: her children, Tammy Brookman (David) of Dayton, OH, Todd Smith of Grand Island, NE, Tonya Van Pelt (Dan) of Phillips, NE and Teather Campbell of Lincoln, NE; her sister Marjorie Young (Gene) of Harvard; her grandchildren, Alexander, Cindy, Geoff Brookman, Taylor, Levi, Luke VanPelt, Molly and Matthew Campbell; and her great grandchild Grace Parker.
