He was predeceased by : his parents, Earl Mustard and Dora Mustard (Dittmer); his siblings, Earl, Jack, Hal Mustard, Darlene Danklesen, Faye Wagner and Irma Janulewicz; and his grandson Cody Mustard.

He is survived by : his wife Millie Lee of Central City; his children, Bobby Mustard of Central City, Doug Mustard (Sue) of Omaha, Kim Mustard of Omaha and Jacque Mustard of Ft. Mohave, AZ; and his sisters, Virginia Kinney of Norfolk, Wilma Williams of Norfolk and Marilyn Nelson of Landers, CA. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
