He was loved and cherished by many people including: his mother Xenile Nixon (Wineteer); his daughters, Brenna and Lisa; his father Gene Nixon; his brother Michael Eugene Nixon; his son-in-law Corey Penaluna; his wife Nancy Nixon (Lorenzini); his sons, Riley R. Nixon of Chadron, Curtis D. Nixon of Hemingford and Lance M. Nixon of Berea, Nebraska; his grandsons, Cody, Levi Penaluna of Hemingford and Ryder Nixon of Chadron, Nebraska; and his siblings, Dave E. Nixon of Red Lodge, Montana, Gloria Sweeney of Chadron, Maxine Golka (Tom) of Bertrand, Nebraska and Billie Schenk (Weyland) of Bridger, Montana. He was also cherished by 2 nieces, 4 nephews, 1 great niece, and great nephew, and several cousins.
