She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman Horst and Emma Horst; her brothers, Lawrence and Daniel; and her husband Floyd Percy.
She is survived by: her children, Connie (David Blaylock) and Terry (Kristine); her granddaughters, Melissa Blaylock and Amy (Scott Young); and her great grandchildren, Aydan, Landry Young and Bradley Blaylock (Angela). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews and three Sister-in-laws.
