It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lendyl Duffield of Chappell, Nebraska, born in Padroni, Colorado, who passed away on November 1, 2020, at the age of 99, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his wife Musa; his parents, Alva G. Duffield and Margaret G. Duffield; his brothers, Duane Duffield and William Duffield (Nona); his sister-in-law Irene Duffield; and his son-in-law Walter Green.
He is survived by : his children, Julie Hornicek (Gary) of Chappell and Tom (Terry) of Chappell; his granddaughters, Sarah Whiting (Danny), Amy Swanson (Mike), Hillery Hornicek (Phillip Medina), Jennifer Musgrave (Matt), Amanda Deich (Jason), Lacy Reimer (Travis) and Sonja Clyncke (Jeff); his brothers, Harold of California and Charlie (Mary) of McCook, NE; and his sister-in-law Faith Heimbouch of Scottsbluff, NE. He is also survived by Nieces, Nephews, cousins, and friends.
