He is survived by: his wife Martha; his son Cory; his daughter-in-law Lisa Armknecht; his daughter Jodi; his son-in-law Mitch Holt; his grandchildren, Avery, Bryce, Isabella Armknecht, Eaden (Taylor), Eli, Austen and Asher Holt; his brothers, Daryl Armknecht (Sue) and Fred Armknecht (Pam); and his siblings-in-law, Mary Jo Armknecht, Pauline Zoucha (Gary), Dar Beethe (Lavon), Dale Ottemann (Pam), Pam Mitchell (Steve) and Deb Otteman. He is also survived by many other relatives and many friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM at the Hemmingsen Funeral Home (801 S St, Auburn, NE 68305). A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at 914 Central Ave, Auburn, NE 68305. A memorial service will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the St. Paul Lutheran Church (2012 O St, Auburn, NE 68305).
