He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Kauffman and Margaret Kauffman; his brother Dick Kauffman; and his father-in-law Donald Parsons. He is survived by: his grandchild Smurf; his wife Cheryl; his children, Dana (Brandy) of Lincoln, Darin (Monica) of Omaha, Ryan (Melinda) of Omaha and Angie Hernandez of Minnesota; his grandchildren, Hayden, Callie, Sebastian, Thaddeus, Corbin, Tessa, Alexa, James, Amanda and Morgan; his brother Larry Kauffman (Pam) of Columbus; his sister-in-law Nancy Kauffman of Houston, Texas; and his mother-in-law Lillian Parsons of Gothenburg. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
