He was predeceased by: his parents, Anders Emmanuel and Ella Andersen (Anderson); and his siblings, Edna Manners (Frank), Lula Harvey (Art), Dorothy Smith Ballmer (Art), Edith Snyder (Robert), Margaret Lauby (Steve), Thorvald Andersen (Doris) and Loy Andersen (Edith).
He is survived by: his daughters, Patty (Gary Lockhorn) and Sue Andersen of Timnath, Colorado; his grandchildren, Scott Lockhorn (Kazi Jestribek) of Greeley, Amy King (Sean-Casey) of Aurora, Anders Holthaus of San Diego and Karly Holthaus (Jeremy Liedl) of San Diego, California; and his great grandchildren, Lydia King and Finley Liedl. He is also survived by many other nieces, nephews, extended family, friends, and wonderful caregivers.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorials be made to The First Presbyterian Church or to Meadowlark Pointe Assisted Living, both in Cozad, Nebraska.
