He was predeceased by : his parents, Earl Woodworth and Gladys Woodworth (Cook); his wife Norma Hamill; and his brother Earl "Skip" Woodworth, Jr.. He is survived by : his daughter Jeannie Woodworth; his grandchildren, Billy Barker of O'Neill, NE and Dusty Rose Barker of O'Neill, NE; and his sister Earline Bauer of Creighton, NE. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Memorials may be given to the family for future designation.
