He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Fremont Curtis and Mayola Curtis; his wife Elaine Mitteis; his children, Marcie, Kelly Lechtenberg of Oakland, Jamie, Paula Curtis, Corey and Tanya Curtis of Royal; his great grandchildren, Jordan, Brian Hanson, Harper, Barrett, Landry of Wayne, Jana, Drew Biery, Jackson, Cannon of Manhattan, Jason, Kelsey Curtis, Corbyn of Osmond, Brooke, Charley Cull, Carter, Mason of Oakland, Paige, Max Andersen, Madeline of Manhattan, Cassidy Curtis (Devin Jakub) of Lincoln, Clay Curtis (Ashtyn Fritz) and Christen Curtis of Royal; and his siblings-in-law, Dwain Volwiler of Norfolk and Carol Mitteis of St. Paul. He was also cherished by his children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.

Social distancing guidelines will be followed.

In lieu of flowers, memorials to the family will go to establish an Antelope County 4-H scholarship.
