She is survived by : her brother Tom Chenoweth; her children, Jennifer Cassill of Cedar Rapids, Travis Cassill (Terry) of Shell Knob and Kyle Cassill of Fairfield, Iowa.; and her granddaughter Laura Cassill of Oskaloosa, Iowa..

Karen lost her battle with Covid-19 and also passed from a broken heart after losing the love of her life, her husband of 46 years who also lost his battle with Covid-19.
