She is survived by: her mother Norma Phin; her husband Dave Jurena of Crete; her children, David Jurena of Crete, Tara Carmichael (Joe) of Omaha and Tedra Heath (Will) of San Antonio; and her siblings, Joy Braciszewski (Ken), Wayne Phin (Cathy) and Ricky Phin (Terry).
