He is survived by : his former life partner Mary Jane Dunbar; his wife Barbara Hinton; his children, Stephen Laffey (Vonda) of Athens and Susan Hermann of Elgin; and his grandchildren, Emily Gewecke and Robert Gewecke of Lincoln, NE.
